Biography :

Hello! I have been a real estate professional since 1998 (I'm becoming an old timer in this business, but not in life or in spirit!) I consider it my utmost duty to care for my clients before, during, and after they walk through the steps to buy or sell a home. Providing solid market information and proactively informing my clients about the steps to the process so they can make wise decisions is my mission. I flipped houses for several years while in my 20's, and I was accredited as a home stager in 2006. My speciality is helping sellers prepare their homes for sale and solve any problems that they may not have known how to fix so they can get the best results when they sell-or I also know how to market a fixer-upper to it's full potential if fixes aren't something the seller is able to take on. I also use this knowledge to help buyers spot signs of trouble with a home early-hopefully saving them from paying for an inspection when major issues can be detected during a tour together. I have been licensed in 3 states during my career and began selling in the Kansas City area in 2016. I have extensive training in corporate relocation and have worked with most of the major relocation management companies.
